Maintenance Plan Questions
Our maintenance program is designed for anyone who values a clean, well-kept vehicle without the stress of managing appointments. Whether you're someone who enjoys the convenience of not thinking about scheduling, a car enthusiast who only takes your vehicle out on special occasions, or a busy professional constantly on the go — this program is built for you. It's a simple, affordable way to keep your vehicle looking its best with flexible, hassle-free scheduling.
Our maintenance program comes with several benefits — starting with the most obvious: it's more affordable. Regular detailing means your vehicle stays cleaner, requiring less time, effort, and product each visit. That's why our maintenance services are priced lower than one-time detailing.
Payment is due on the day of each appointment. You may pay in cash, or we'll send you an invoice. As a maintenance plan member, you'll receive 20% off all other services if needed. All services must be completed within the agreed timeframe.
Lucky for you, we're fully mobile. We provide our own water and power.
Absolutely. You can switch between plans at any time. Just contact us and we'll update your plan starting from your next appointment.
No problem. Just give us a heads up as early as possible and we'll reschedule at a time that works for you. Premium members with priority scheduling get faster rebooking options.
The Basic plan covers 1 vehicle. The Premium Mobile Coverage plan covers up to 2 cars monthly, with the second car receiving a discounted rate. If you need coverage for more vehicles, contact us for a custom quote.
Yes! All plan members receive 20% off any additional services booked outside of their plan. Premium members also get bi-weekly priority scheduling, meaning you're always first in line when booking.
