K&N Mobile Detailing provides mobile automotive detailing services including but not limited to:

All services are performed at the customer’s location unless otherwise agreed.

3. Quotes & Estimates

  • All quotes are based on the information provided by the customer

  • Final pricing may change based on vehicle condition upon arrival

  • Additional charges may apply for excessive dirt, pet hair, stains, or hazardous conditions

4. Booking & Deposits

  • Certain services require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment

  • Deposits will be applied toward the total service cost

  • By booking, you agree to our cancellation and rescheduling policies

5. Cancellation & No-Show Policy

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance

  • Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a fee based on travel time

  • Failure to respond upon arrival may result in automatic cancellation

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

  • Provide safe and accessible working conditions

  • Ensure access to the vehicle at the scheduled time

  • Remove personal belongings from the vehicle prior to service

We reserve the right to refuse service if conditions are unsafe or unsuitable.

7. Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed

8. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the service, you must notify us within 24–48 hours so we can address any concerns.

  • Mechanical or electrical issues

  • Damage due to worn, fragile, or aftermarket parts

Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
